How to move on to your past!
I've been in the same situation before. It was so hard to move on. I thought we could be together forever but, that was just my imagination. I dreamt of being with him until the day we get older. I can still remember the night, the night that we part ways.
A rainy night I ran and hugged him and said "Please! Don't leave me". I was not prepared. I loved him with all my heart. It's been six years from now but I must say that I moved on and survived! πͺπ
Here are some tips that I can share with you:
π Cry like a baby! This is to release the stress and depression but it doesn't mean the pain will be gone. Cry it out loud until you feel tired and sleepy.
ππ¬ Talk to your friends/family about your situation. Pretty sure they will be there to comfort you.
πΆπ± Lonely at home. Try to play with your best friends. Cats or Dogs. They can feel your loneliness too.
ππ Hang out with friends, Go out and travel. Watch a movie, try extreme activities, yoga, gym and many more.
π Get a piece of paper and write down everything that you feel about your ex. Express your feelings on the paper. Keep the letter and open it after a year. Or when you feel that you already moved on.
ππ π Beautify. Pamper yourself. Have a new hair cut, facial massage and spa. No ones wanted to look depressed and stressed. Right?
π« Go on a date. Keep this in mind, Dating doesn't mean that you are going to commit abruptly. It is a way to get to know a person first. Don't be in a hurry. Love will find you and True love will come to you unexpectedly.
